분양 주택이며 구입한 오너가 임대하는 물건. 일반적으로 잔디 관리는 세입자 책임이지만 업체를 고용할 수도 있습니다.
Apartment／아파트
임대아파트입니다. 잔디 관리나 메인테넌스는 관리사무소가 맡아서 합니다. 수영장이나 헬스장 등 부대시설이 있는 곳이 많습니다. 자동차 두대를 주차 가능한 Attached garage가 있는 아파트는 거의 없습니다. 주변 유닛에서 들리는 소음이 있을 수 있습니다.
Condo／콘도
단독 주택 타입, 타운하우스 타입 등이 있고, 분양아파트의 개념입니다. 각 유닛에 오너가 있고 오너가 직접 임대하는 물건이며 일반적으로 잔디 관리는 관리 사무소가 합니다. 주변 유닛의 소음이 있을 걱정은 거의 없습니다.

단독주택이나 콘도는 두대 주차가능한 Attached garage 가 일반적입니다. 아파트는 Attached garage는 흔하지 않으며 타운하우스 타입 아파트에는 Attached가 있을 수 있으나 한 대입니다. 공동 주차장이 지하에 있고 비를 맞지 않고 직접 이동가능한 아파트도 있지만 Detached(주택에서 떨어져 있음) 주차장도 많습니다. *여기에 다 쓸 수 없는 희망 사항은 10번에 기입하여 주시기 바랍니다
